I've been going to Harmony for many years and I've never been disappointed. The food is amazing and the space is great, especially after their remodel this past year. There's now a bunch of sunlight, which warms the place up a bit. All the staff I've ever interacted with have been pleasant. I highly recommend the walnut burger and the hot chips, but you can't go wrong at Harmony.

An Atwood neighborhood institution. Pleasant service, reasonable prices, solid beer selection. Don't overlook the Walnut burger, it's shockingly delicious. This is a casual, food-in-a-basket type place. Great for groups & bringing visiting, out-of-town folks, you can wander the neighborhood afterward. Cash only.

In a city that has so many excellent choices for pizza, Harmony is my absolute favorite. I always go in thinking I might try something else - I've heard people rave about their burgers - but that perfect crust and fresh, perfectly blended toppings always pull me back in. I've always found the staff friendly and efficient - they get really busy sometimes, but they do a great job taking care of everybody. You do go up to the bar to order food, and sometimes that can take a bit of time on a busy night, but just use that time to read their bumper sticker wall.

Cash only and order at the bar, but it keeps the prices down. The pizza is really good, bit I've only had it a couple times because their walnut burgers are arguably the best burgers in town. I recommend adding cheese to help bind it together. Burgers are big portions, bit you'll have to order sides separately. Sides are too much for one person so be prepared to split a basket. I recommend the house cut chips with blue cheese dipping sauce. Sometimes the chips can come out a bit over done, but usually they are a reason in themselves to visit. The bar and seating area show their age; worn and basic. The back room reminds me of a bingo Parlor. The staff are friendly if your patient and friendly back. They run a light crew for how many people the place can hold and are always running to take care of everyone at the bar. Folks on the Eastside of Madison know this as an established legendary bar.
