I have been a customer, a very happy customer, of Harp Electric for many years and cannot imagine ever calling another company.  Every electrician who has been dispatched has not only been professional but very pleasant.  I would suggest to anyone who has not used Harp Electric to carefully consider Harp for superior, reliable service.

I hired Harp to fix an issue I was having with my hot water. Both the woman on the phone and the guy who came to our house was very professional and friendly. He diagnosed my problem and gave me the exact amount it was going to cost. I really like that Harp's services have a set price of what it will cost me on each item. I didn't have to worry that he is costing me extra money by watching water drain because I was paying him per hour. 
The guy who came to our house also gave me prices of other plumbing work I needed done. He gave me advice on how to mantain my water heater.  Over all a job well done. I will defiantly hire them when I replace our hot water tank.

I've had a Harp Service contract for a few years and it's really been helpful!  My A/C and heater are serviced regularly and I get a discount on additional services.  The service staff are friendly and always on time!

Extremely rude customer service. We called Harp with a few questions about an electrical inspection they did on our house. The marketing manager we spoke to became very defensive and was unwilling to have a conversation about the report he wrote. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. When we asked to speak with his supervisor he quickly hung up. We will not be using Harp in the future nor would we recommend their services to anyone else.

I had both plumbing and electrical work needs at my house and contacted Harp Sevices. On scheduled day of work the two gentlemen showed up on time and prepared. Both were extremely curtious and professional as well as very skilled. I would strongly suggest using Harp Services!
