Went in had broken my house key, Harper key was able to make a new one with me having two pieces! Plus he was only going to charge me $55 to make a new ignition key when the dealership wanted $80... Great service great prices oh and one amazingly awesome German Sheppard that's as cuddly as can be!!!

*Bring lock with you*
I get all my keys made here, I've been a regular customer for approximately 2 years now. Staff is friendly and helpful. Imho the prices are cheap.
If the key doesn't work they will replace IF you have the receipt. This happened only once and I was happy with the replacement key.

Brent spent a lot of time with me today making sure I was taken care of.  He cut me a new car key, programmed the chip to start the ignition and went above and beyond programming the remote to lock and unlock the doors.  There were a few bumps in the process but the staff worked together to solve the problem and resolve my issues as fast as possible and for a very affordable price.  Exceptional customer service. A little disappointed that the shop dog had gone home for the day but I will definitely take my business here in the future.
