I lucked into calling Jim's Bike and Key based on a Google search.  I needed help getting into my second home I own in Columbia - from St. Louis.  Darren answered the phone and took care of me in the most creative and effective way I could imagine.  Rock star customer service and kind too.  Need a 6th star.

My car key has been broken inside my driver's side door for months. Finally got around to askin them for help. He said sure lets take a look. Got my key out in less than 2 minutes and it cost me $5.00!! Very helpful and wonderful customer service! Highly recommended

They were awesome and prompt helping us anytime we have a need, and as a business owner, it turns out we have needed them 3 times already.  Nice, friendly, fair prices.  I would recommend to anyone!
