Wayne from Harris TV & Appliance was extremely professional and helpful. I had to replace my lower element burner in my oven and he took the time to look up in inventory to see if they had my part and they did and for a reasonable price. Very professional and pleased as he is holding if for me till I come to pick it up. Hope the part matches the service but so far impressed. I will be doing business again with Harris TV & Appliance.

I purchased a newer model used washer and it stopped working within 2 months. I was told that there is only a 30 day warranty and since it was over that then I was out of luck and out of $250. They didn't even offer to look at it..... Live and Learn.....Don't buy used appliances from them. I have bought several used appliances in the past and usually companies make sure that they are in good condition before they sell them. Harris dosen't.

Needed a drain pump for a 7 year old Whirlpool washing machine this past Saturday morning. Called and associate checked there inventory. They actually had 2 on hand. I was very impressed and will make sure that I check them out for any future purchases.

I bought a used stove from Harris. I had to have them come out and fix the stove before I could even use it because is had a broken door hinge. Harris charged me another $75 to fix the stove because the said the used stove didn't have a warranty. I called to discuss the situation and they were overly polite but said they couldn't do anything for me.

I am going to shop here every chance I get. I bought a digital converter there 3 years ago and they gave such good instruction and advice for it. Today I took my DVD player in to see if they could fix it. The guy said no, they dont repair those. But then he called the other guy over who took it apart. He fixed it right on the spot and refused to take money for it.
