We just purchased a home in Amherst and had to call RDP in fear that our pipes were frozen or well was dry. The gentleman we spoke with was SO helpful! He listened to our situation patiently on a Saturday and advised us with specific detail on the next steps we should take. He was able to fix our problem over the phone and put our minds at ease. I was very pleased with the prompt, courteous and professional service that I received from RDP Water Systems. The technician, Chis, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and very willing to explain the issues that I was having with my water heater, and provide several helpful tips for owner-maintenance to keep the system running well. Of course I hope to not have many other water / plumbing issues in future, but if that is required, I will certainly be calling RDP first! - john L. Mont Vernon NH

Very busy guy ,but finds time to build relationships with his clients. as a service professional myself I Appreciate that if your talented your gonna be busy..you get what you pay for and every penny I spent was worth it. Fyi nh contractors are busy. And they are the best

He didn't finish our job either. There was a piece of pipe on our pellet boiler that needed to be attached, and he did not come back to finish the work. A year later our $7000 system (with a $3k install by RDP) wasn't working. We found out from a second plumber that the valve in our piping was facing the wrong direction! We had to hire someone else because RDP wouldn't even return our phone calls.
