Far enough away from downtown Rapid City for you to feel like you were camping, but close enough if you wanted to go into town. It's a big RV park with great full hook-up sites and modern facilities. Easy in and out access for big rigs and the sites are good size so you don't feel cramped. Decent prices too. We'll come back here.

Great sites, great amenities, huge pool, lots of room, and plenty of recreational activities. Huge dog park, and a fun Disc Golf course on site.

Came to Hart ranch for a family vacation with my children, husband, dad, siblings, nieces, and nephews and every little thing has been an issue. Since the change of hands this place doesn't seem like there is no FUN to be had here. I use to love this place as I grew up and at this point I have no desire to return. Sad to see such a great family resort go to crap. My advice is to spend your money else where! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. We have gotten yelled at at every turn for simple mistakes. Not one employee has been courteous or understanding but instead have used every opportunity to make this experience miserable. The Resort Manager Tim came speeding well over the posted strictly enforced speed limit and nearly hit my sisters van trying to catch up to her to tell her she was speeding. She may have been going 12 mph. Its a sad day when the manager has little tack and even less knowledge of how to communicate with guests.

Great facilities, friendly people, very good food and service in the on-site restaurant. We've been here 3 times - once stayed 4 months. Will come back again next year when it gets too hot in Texas.
