Overpriced. Took in a pair of shorts, a pair of khakis, jeans and 2 shirts and they told me it was 9 lbs of laundry. When I asked them to reweigh it, it was 6 lbs.  And it would take till the next day at 5 before they were done

I've been the drop off person at a laundromat, a single load of clothes should not cost you $12.50, or be done any later than the same day when you drop them off in the late morning

I took my clothes to this location for about one year because it was near my home.  The service was terrible, but the cleaning was okay so I continued to go.  On my graduation day, Hart's lost the dress I had left for them to clean.  I took 2 items (a coat with a belt, and the dress) - they gave me a receipt saying I had 2 items with no description.  When I returned to get my dress, they gave me my coat with the belt and said this counted as 2 items(which I did not mind) but I still had left my dress.  They told me I did not bring my dress there, because it was not in the system.  It took about an hour before they actually tried to look for my dress.  Finally, after I spoke with the owner/manager(?) the employee decided to look under No Name, where they found my dress.  During this whole situation they were very rude, and unapologetic about their error and misplacing my dress. I have taken my business to Concord, where they have wonderful service and are very helpful!

I was really disappointed by Hart's.  I took 5 items in, including a nice ladies designer jacket which was a favorite of mine. When I got my items back, I put on the jacket a few days later and it has been definitely shrunk and fits poorly now.  So the jacket is pretty much ruined.  I was really upset because this is my favorite jacket.  Apparently they don't know what they are doing. :(

Terrible job doing dry cleaning, I game them 3 coats n they were still all dirty n fuzzy!!!!!!
