I never leave reviews, but i have to tell you, I would not take you things here. I am not impressed at all. 

1. My goose down comforter was brought to this store in its original store bought bag, and the bag was thrown away. When I asked about it, all the worker said was, "we don't have it, once we send items over, it's out of our hands"... No apology or any care at all about the fact that maybe that the original bag was of use to me. 
2. My really nice Guess jacket is missing the metal latch for the belt. When I sent it, it wasn't missing.... They do not care. 

3. Still have stains on jacket. I understand all stains won't come out, but atleast notify your customers of what is or isn't removed. 

4. Atleast my things aren't shrunk. 

 Their customer service is horrible and they clearly don't care. 

I will be going to another dry cleaners. FYI, the one on Harrodsburg road is way better. Take your items there if you must use a harts dry cleaning service

Not terribly impressed with this establishment. I left a suit with them and when I came back to collect they couldn't find it. After calling to other stores to see if it was misdelivered, I asked if I could come into the back and help them find it. I found it one section over from where it should have been (they sort alphabetically). 
Another time, I left an article with a few stains on it. Not only did they not get out the stains the first time, but they didn't get them out after I had them redo it. The second time though, they folded it so that the stains weren't overtly showing, almost like they were trying to hide them. Okay, I understand that they might not be able to get all of the stains out of something, but the rude way the employee handled my dissatisfaction has sealed the deal for me. I'm never going to visit this establishment again.
