They carried the brand we wanted for our infant (striderite) and my husband found a pair he loved even though he wasn't even looking for anything! Wide selection. Prices were high but seemed worth it-2 infant shoes and 1 adult pair for $198. Very helpful and kind staff-measured my child and knew exactly what shoe was needed.

Went to Harvey's to purchase shoes for my 2 year old son. We had a gift card from his newly deceased grandmother. When checking out I immediately asked the sales lady if she could just write void in the front and give us back the gift card so that we could keep the message his grandmother had written inside. She immediately said no and wrote all over his grandmothers writing. Couldn't believe how insensitive and rude this blonde woman was. Will never return there again and I have purchased every one of my sons shoes there the past two years.

Worst shoe store I've ever been too. Every time I go everyone is always rude. Well yesterday I went to get shoes I bought a pair and I decided I didn't like the way they feel. I wore them for about a half hour around working trying to see how they feel and they got a little dirty. So I brought them back. The lady there said sorry all we can give you is a store credit because they are used. THEY WERENT USED. I had them for a day and the lady the day before sold them to me. I got a store credit and decided to get a different pair for my mom because they didn't have the shoes I actually wanted. The lady said sorry we don't stock those anymore. Well to sum it up I will never be back and if I could rate them a zero I would.

Great shoe store for all ages. Staff will measure your feet which is especially helpful for children. Large variety of brands.

Both feet so painful, having shoes on was unbearable.  A friend suggested this store and so happy she did.  Staff great!  Our sales girl was so helpful,  patient and repeatedly said she would keep looking for me until I found what my feet needed.  I just walked the Plymouth 4th parade (over 3 miles) and not a nanosecond of pain.  I'm 70 years old and if we hadn't shopped here, I'd be one cranky old woman.
