The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable/helpful despite the negative reviews I read prior to stopping in (however this person does not match the descriptions I've read, perhaps they got fired?). This store has a great selection of boots, whether you wear them for leisure or work or hunting. I found the perfect winter/work boot (insulated, waterproof, slip/oil resistant; essentially an all-in-one boot). All of the boots start at about $200 and come with a year long warranty. The reviews I've read about Red Wing boots claim they last 2 years or more; (just make sure you don't buy the "Irish Settler" boots, they're made for hunting and walking in the woods); so I'm hoping these boots will last for the price.

i'm not sure if the person that everyone is complaining about still works here.  i came here looking for steel toe work boots and was helped by Sheryl (sp?), she was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me choose the right boots.  She was also quite friendly and very polite.  I have zero complaints about my experience and would recommend this store to others.  Don't be turned off by the other reviews.  A+

Extremely rude older woman behind counter. Refused to help me figure out how to use my company's boot discout voucher that is sponsored by Red Wing. Said she "never heard of that company", and that was the end of it. Took my business to the guys at the Braintree store and it was night and day. In and out in 15 minutes, hassle free.

I have been a great customer for decades. I experienced poor service in seekonk and here. I'm disgusted. They need to hire more help because the one person looks unhappy to work there. If I am trying different boots you know the world is changing.

Terrible experience. Extremely rude and cocky. Won't be stepping back into that store again. I'll drive to the seekonk one before doing that.
