This is your neighborhood butcher without the obscene “specialty” prices.  The prices for everything from beef through pork and on into the poultry are spot on wonderful.  The meats are fresh, well cut and good quality.  The beef has that nice, rich, purple-red color, the pork is clean smelling and from quality pigs and the poultry is good quality as well.  However, good quality and good prices aren’t it.  Their staff are knowledgeable, polite, conscientious and if they can do it, they WILL.  I needed beef for jerky, Michelle pointed me to the best cut (lean but not expensive) and then helped me get the thickness I needed and the amount I needed.  Other times I’ve wanted 7-bone chuck or other cuts, and they make it happen, no issues, just DONE.  Only once have I felt the need to speak with a manager for an issue, and that manager listened and took care of the issue immediately, no arguing, no excuses, but still fair to the staff involved.  12/10, will come again.

The staff is friendly and the product's are great quality and priced reasonably. I refuse to buy my meat any where else. I can spend $100-$200 and fill my deep freezer up. If you have not been to any of there locations, I highly advise you to.
