I'm giving them a 1 star when before it would have been 5. I've been going to Chinh's for probably 10 years now for everything I need done regarding tire work. I went 3 weeks ago to have two front tires mounted and balanced. I left the shop and instantly felt a wobble in my steering wheel. If I hit a bump the wobble was so bad I'd have to let off the gas to keep from losing control. So I turned around and went back to the shop. They said they did nothing but mount and balance the tire. They ensured me they didn't break anything. They suggested maybe my tie rods needed to be replaced or that the tires themselves were out of round since they had been stored in my garage. They told me to make sure to bring my truck back up there to get realigned for $85 after I got the tie rods replaced. I had my mechanic replace my inner and outer tie rods, my pitman arm and idler arm also. The wobble did not go away it actually had gotten worse. So I took my truck back to Chinh's to have the other two tires put back on because I figured it had to be the tires that were on it we're out of round. They jacked my truck up looked at the tires and felt that there were still alot of play(movement) when they jiggled the tires. Now they tell me the tires look fine and it's probably my wheel hubs needing replacement and they recommended a shop down the road to look at my axle and suspension. A place that they know very well. So I order new wheel hubs and my mechanic replaced them and relined my truck. While putting the driver side wheel hub on my mechanic noticed my upper control arm bolts were completely loose to the point you could turn them with your hand. Now anybody and everybody that knows anything about Vehicles these bolts do not just come loose by themselves. I'm 100% positive that they loosened those nuts and bolts so I would have to go to them and get the alignment and also go to the shop they recommended me to go to so they could have business as well. I came out of pocket hundreds of dollars when I didn't need to because someone wanted to be shady and loosen some parts that just dont come loose by themselves. For this reason I am no longer a loyal customer and I will never take my vehicle back there again to have any work done and I hope after reading this I deter others from having to experience the same thing. Such a shame they would do that to anyone but most of all a customer who has used them for years...........................

I mainly posted this review so the owner Chinh can see what his nephew and crew are doing at the shop I once considered to be honest

Had my front brake pads replaced today. They had me out of there in less than 30 minutes and it didn't hurt my wallet either.

Had to replace my tire and they had me in and out in 10 minutes flat for a great price. I would highly recommend Chinh's!

I got 4 new tire's for my Toyota September, 2015 and an alignment, best service and great tires. A year later my tires are still like new. Mr. Chinh's is awesome. Did you say new owners? I want to bring my other car in :(
