I have to go out of my way to patronize this store because of the excellent customer service. Today I received service from T.J. I had a billing misunderstanding on my part and made a wrong choice paying my bill by phone (My Metro) T.J. Corrected my problem and as usual I departed a satisfied and a happy customer. Thanks T.J.

Bad customer service, lots of hidden fees. Phone service is ok in areas. Cant even talk to anyone in home office customer service

Very bad Customer service. I upgraded my phone and received a defective phone. I was forced to accept a refuburshed phone. I now have Verizon service. Best move I ever made. Do not do business with this Dealer.

I switched to Metro Pcs. I had visited several Metro stores and this one was the best. Aubrie was excellent!!! This store is not close to me but I waited until my phone came in and went back to make the switch in this store. Everyone was friendly but Aubrie was exceptional. She is the reason I would only switch to Metro in this store. Thanks!!

I highly recommend this MetroPcs authorized dealer because Aubrie, a person who is both helpful and knowledgeable works there. She goes out of her way to help customers. This MetroPcs dealership is now my goto place for cellphones.
