This was my 3rd time at hatch! I obviously loved it or I wouldn't have been back. However, this time was a different experience. At first our waitress was great! We had no complaints but, when we were done it took 10-20 minutes to get a box and our check because the waiting staff was huddled up in a corner talking and laughing nonstop. The food is amazing but, the waitstaff have some changing to do before I decide to go back.

I liked the feel of the place probably more than the food (which is not bad at all), I just like the warehouse type of atmosphere. The food is pretty good, I had chicken fried steak and eggs. The only thing I didn't like was we didn't know they had so many coffee drink options and only found out because we asked what one of the espresso machines was for and then they gave us a drink menu. Overall I would go back, the staff was nice.

I have never wrote a review on here until now. This food is so good that My day was made. The eggs Benedict and biscuits and gravy made me wonder who made this miracle happen? Why did it take me 25 years to find this place??? Frank was awesome as well.

My wife and I had heard a lot about The Hatch and we were really excited to try it out. Honest opinion- it was amazing. We went over the weekend and it was jam packed. The wait was really long so we went to the bar to get a mimosa (which was really good) while we waited for a table. This was the only semi negative experience we had there, as others have stated, the bartenders were pretty rude which was disappointing. After we got our table though it was smooth sailing. Our waitress was Kaylee and she really took care of us. Very friendly and attentive. My wife tried the Famous Pancake while I had the Revenge. Both were recommended and both were delicious. We will be back for sure.

We had originally been trying to go to Waffle Champion, but there was a 45 minute wait. So we searched nearby breakfast eateries and found the Hatch. It was extremely satisfying, although pricy for what you get. It would be nice if each breakfast plate came with eggs and hash browns like every other breakfast place does. I mean, $11 for three pancakes and no sides was quite is dissatisfying. However, the service was impeccable, I enjoyed the way you received your seating notification via text, and the atmosphere was nice, albeit loud.
