It's not bad. And the food is very good. Only complaint and it is minor, is that they are not always open on time. Hours are listed here as 6am as opening but I've come through the area and seen this placed closed at like near-7am with no reason given. Not cool. Other than that, not bad at all

I love Sonic. My face always lights up when I see one in the distance. Because I know I'm going to get good food at a reasonable price. I've been going to Sonic for nearly 60 years and I've never been disappointed yet. Go during happy hour and get half price drinks. But you have to try a malt or shake or Sunday. They are great.

This particular Sonic is usually the best one that I have been to, but that was not the case today. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich but by the time that I got back to my office and looked inside, I had gotten a hamburger with cheese and ketchup. No lettuce, tomato, onion. Just bread, meat and cheese. I was unable to go back at that time so I returned a few hours later with the burger and receipt. I felt immediately like I was not believed, even though I handed them what they handed me earlier in the day. At this point, I am extremely hungry because it is almost 4pm and I haven't eaten. They replaced the burger with a grilled chicken sandwich. No apologies, no free drink, no coupon. Nothing. As my husband drove away, I began to eat because I was hungry. What I found was very disappointing. The bread was smashed flat. The chicken breast was soooo very dry and for some reason torn into 3 pieces. The tomatoes were slimy. The lettuce, well, what little there was, it was skinny slivers. Mayo, not sure where that went. Maybe the dry chicken absorbed it. Don't know. They were not friendly and seemed put out that I came back to get what I ordered. I am very disappointed in them today. You guys have always been the best, but today I felt like you treated me like a liar. Very disappointed.

I went to Sonic this morning and the wait was longer than I had planned. But when we got to the window we were greeted politely, apologized to for the wait and served us the freshest fast food I have had in some time. It was worth the wait for the service and quality we received today. Great Job to the team working this morning.
