From the day I entered the Hathaway Law Firm I felt comfortable. Dan and Deanna made sure to professionally explain the laws and options in terms that I could easily understand. I feel so fortunate to have found Mr. Higson's law firm!  My husband unexpectedly passed away leaving me distraught, scared and unfamiliar with the legalities that i would now have to decide regarding our estate.  Hathaway law firm  came highly recommended in my community and i found that my nerves where quickly comforted when I meet Dan.   I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of law and ability to guide me through making decisions that were in my best interest.  In addition, the entire office was efficient and took care of my needs in a timely manner.  I can't say enough to explain how much i appreciate their caring demeanor and patience with me though this difficult time in my life.  Thank you Hathaway Law Firm!!

I I'm not normally one to write reviews but I feel it necessary in this instance. Dan Higson has done me right numerous times. You can measure a man by his integrity and work ethic. You will find a genuinely great professional with an abundance of knowledge. Finding the right professionals whether it be a doctor, lawyer, businessman Etc makes all the difference in the world. I am thankful that I found the best!

Mr Higson   handled my   bankruptcy and he  was  referred  to  me-
and  I  was  more  than  pleased. He  worked  with  my available  time--  office  was  very  easy  to  find--- at  all  times   things  were  done  quickly   and  explained  to  me . When  all  finished ,  I  came  away  with   knowledge  that  will  help  me  in  the  future  be  more wise  about   debt and  spending.   Very   healthy  experience   with a  care  for  people.
