Sells furniture with know defects and says nothing before hand. Purchased sofa in September and is literally ripping- falling apart in November. Called customer care because I have additional warranty. It's been more than a month and haven't even scheduled anyone to come out. Steer clear of this furniture and warranty.

Salesman was not knowledgeable of products, too pushy like a used car salesman. We had questions he couldn't answer and he kept trying to redirect our questions to unrelated things. We were looking for solid wood furniture and he kept saying it's solid veneer, not the same thing. I asked where was it made and he said out of the country why does it matter. I asked about the assembly technique and he referred me to the "stamp of quality" inside the drawers. Went to Marty Rae's in Lexington instead.
