It was an excellent experience!  The delivery was only a few days after my purchase.   Chris and Sunny the two shipping engineers were very professional and quick to do and finish the job.  I had my couch delivered, installed, and operating in less than 20 minutes.  I am very happy with the whole process starting from the purchase to the delivery. Thanks!

We purchased a bed and side tables and they were delivered today. These guys were awesome and very professional. Justin, Sunny and Chris really made this a great experience!! Thank you so much guys for your great care and attention to detail. I will definitely shop Value city in the future.

Vontrezze and James and Mike were wonderful with my delivery. There was a slight problem with one of the controls on the recliner on the sofa and they spent at least half an hour here trying to correct it for me. They were totally professional, respectful and a bunch of great guys. You should be thankful to have them in your employ.

Delivery personnel were courteous, professional, and and arrived exactly when they said they would.  They did a fantastic job delivering and setting up the furniture.  I am more than satisfied, 5 stars.   Thank you, I will do business again with Value City.
