I went in to the store to get a visual of the product I was looking at online. Just because it looks nice on the pictures doesn't make it comfortable or the best choice. I had my Service Dog with me and everyone was great with him. Roger, being a veteran himself, said he would be more than grateful to be our sales rep during our quest to find the perfect power reclining couch and loveseat to fit our needs and budget. Roger is extremely knowledgeable and his professionalism was outstanding. Not only was I able to get what I was looking for, he ensured that I was getting the best possible price!! Thank you for the sacrifices that you gave to our great nation and making it back safely.

Our experience was great! Our salesman Jay was excellent to work with, very knowledgeable with all our questions, and made the process very smooth. My wife and I never felt pressured to buy. We browsed the showroom and came back about two weeks later to make our purchase. We were able to apply for financing and complete the transaction in about 10 minutes. There were plenty of delivery date options, so we were able to pick a delivery day that best fit our schedule with no problems. We’ll definitely consider Rooms To Go again for our furniture needs. Note: We have not received our furniture yet as we just made the purchase yesterday (12/27/17), so I will update this review once it arrives.

We just had a King Size Mattress and a Sectional delivered this morning. To start things off when I opened the door to welcome the delivery crew I see the driver GOING TO THE BATHROOM IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE!!!! Then they came in and made their delivery, NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL(their choice, not holding THAT against them), which he didn't even assemble the furniture correctly, and then they cleaned up after themselves. After the driver got my signature he was walking out the front door saying(Loud enough for me to hear him)"How about something for the effort, we need SOMETHING for the effort". I had stopped on my way home from work and got some cash to tip them but after the "Bathroom Incident" and him saying that, I was not about to give them any money!!  Then as they were turning the truck around they almost hit my neighbors mailbox, so one of the guys got out of the truck to direct the driver back. I then saw him picking several items off the ground(I thought it was change) and also a red bag. Since it was in my neighbors driveway and at the back of their car, I thought maybe it was my neighbors belonging, i.e. wallet etc. I asked him about it and he jumped all over me, WARNING ME, that I better go back in the house and then telling me F**K YOU! I have a call into customer service and I am calling my local store when they open in an hour. We are seriously considering returning the furniture simply because of this experience!!!  We spent almost $4,000 there and this is the customer service we receive?   We will absolutely never shop at Rooms To GO AGAIN!!!

Very wonderful shopping experience.. Sales reps don't hound you.. The financing option is wonderful!!

buyer be ware ..... the sales people have no clue  what they are selling or just lie. I was looking at a leather sofa at least i was told it was leather by the way pushy sales lady Micky, but when I looked under the cushion i could clearly see fabric backing and if it was real leather i would have seen the back of cow hide.  When i showed her she quickly stated are you going to buy today i have other customers. At this point i was very mad and left. buyer be ware do your home work  dont trust this store.
