Highly recommend Hawkeye. They were at my house in under and hour and fixed my main line clog in under an hour that previous plumbing services were unable clear. James was fast, efficient and friendly. He even cleaned my floors before he left! Will use for all future plumbing issues.

Same-day service. The service person in charge (James) was professional and a quick diagnostician, and his assistant was also polite and helpful; I was told exactly what was wrong and what would be needed to fix it; the work was done promptly and cleaned up so well that, had I not known they'd just cleared my _sewer_ line, I'd have walked barefoot around the drain without a second thought.

All that, and the price was so reasonable it almost felt a little small, considering how tidy and _gentlemanly_ they were, almost like I'd hired someone from Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood instead of from a frantic 21st century Monday. I will not hesitate to call Hawkeye Sewer if I need their help again.

Guy came out opened skirting closed it back up. Came in and said nothing he could do for me. Funny 7 pm got another company in here for my sewer back up they was done in 10 min. Boy what a diffence in company's  so no I Would never call Hawkeye Sewer.  Infact I told Hawkeye not to come because he told me they would not garrantee work but they showed at my door anyways. Geeze wonder why. Employees  apparently  no good don't want to lift a finger.I will stick with Straits Plumbing thank you from here on out.

We had a tub clog and leaking through our kitchen ceiling on the night before a holiday. They were extremely helpful in asking questions to diagnose the issue and provided guidance over the phone which allowed us to stop the leaking. Because of this we were able to schedule an appointment to fix the clog on a normal business day rather than paying double time that night or during a holiday. They arrived promptly, had everything taken care of within an hour, and charged a price that felt fair to us. They also cleaned up the mess after cutting damaged drywall out of the kitchen ceiling. I would use them again.

Had a toilet that had a broken flange. Contacted Hawkeye around 2:30 and they came out and had things fixed by 5:00.
