I absolutely LOVE this property! You can walk to anything that you could imagine, there is Kroger a block away and all of the dining, shopping, bars and everything else in the village. I moved in about 3 month ago now and I do not regret it. ALL of the new renovations and amenities are amazing! You have the feel of home at Hayes House, you do not just have buildings all around you. The staff is amazing and willing to go above and beyond to help residents and the service team. David was a great leasing consultant he stayed in touch with me through the entire process and had me moving in in less then 4 days.

If you're looking for a great Nashville living experience, look no further. We spent days touring apartment communities in downtown and the surrounding areas and we chose Hayes House out of all the ones we seen because of the historic setting , but with that vintage style look . As well the location of Hayes House is perfect for any working individual that needs to jump on the highway quickly, or venture to a downtown office. If you're like me and love to walk to parks and nice cafes or the local shops in the Village than this is your stopping point . The deciding factor for me and my husband was all the amenities offered and the historic look . The office staff and maintenance crew have been incredibly helpful from the start. We haven't experienced anything negative so far in our 6 months of living here and have recommended it to friends ..

I love living at Hayes House and how safe I feel. I am a graduate student at Vanderbilt and my previous place was an older home that the owner had turned into a few different apartments so I was looking for something with more of a community feel. When I first looked at Hayes House I was blown away with how lovely the grounds are as well as how I had no clue this community even existed as I have lived in the Hillsboro Village area for over 2 years. Tons of garage parking, two Starbucks machines, free bike storage and it's proximity to The Village are what sealed the deal for me.

I moved into Hayes House in June, 2017. The property itself is like a campus with multiple different green areas and spaces throughout. I really like that the buildings are not connected and so to get to various areas (like to the pool, business center, etc) you walk outside, which makes the space feel airy instead of stuffy and sterile like some of the higher rise buildings I looked at. The staff are friendly and accommodating and are working on tons of fun member events. They just redid the front green space and put in firepits and outside kitchen with grills, tables, etc. We cannot wait to use them soon!

So far my experience here has been great.  My roommate and I leased the apartment in April before we went home for the summer.  When we came back at the beginning of August to move in we were surprised to see that they had added a few new amenities.  Being able to walk to Hillsboro Village and Kroger is awesome because traffic can be bad sometimes.
