My wife and I bought our first home with Richie this past fall and he was amazing to work with.  He was very knowledgable and came fully prepared with printouts (one-sheet from MLS and other relevant info) for every listing he brought us to.  The entire process, from searching to closing, was incredibly smooth.  He listened to us and helped make us feel very comfortable with our final decision.  I would recommend him 100%.

I recently bought a home in East Nashville with Richie in November, and I couldn't possibly think of a reason to choose anyone else. Richie has a deep understanding of the current Nashville real estate market - I could not be happier with my experience with Richie and with my new house! I would choose him over anyone else, period.
