My grandma had her viewing here recently and I am so horrified and very upset with the way they treated her. My family and I went to Hays Funeral Home in Broken arrow to be there for her viewing on July 5th. They gave us only 30 minutes to see her. They had her on a gurney and she was still in her body bag with the tag on it. They did not clean her up at all, she has blood coming out of her nose and ears, all they had draped over her was a cheap ugly blanket. My grandmother would have been so embarrassed. I am so ashamed and SO angry at this funeral home. There was little kids there and now they are traumatized with seeing their grandmother like this. I cannot believe this place. 😡

My father passed away last year having already made the arrangements with Hayhurst. We could have not had a better experience under the circumstances. We were treated with compassion and made to feel like family. We cannot begin to heap enough praise on them.
