I made multiple attempts to get my son registered for one of their sporting activities. I spoke to the receptionist at the front, but she had absolutely no clue on what activities were available. I also asked to speak to someone who would have knowledge of the activities offered but again she didn't know who I could talk to and recommended just looking at the website. I will say that they have a decent website and even offer the ability to register online. However, when I went to register for the activity I was interested in it there wasn't an option to register for it. After multiple attempts, I called the facility a couple of times and left voicemails. No response. I ended up getting my son registered in i9 sports, which so far has been a much better experience. I ended up speaking to a couple of other parents, and each of them had bad experiences with this YMCA and one of them was successful in getting their son registered in soccer but said it was poorly ran. I guess I should be happy that I was able to avoid this poorly run facility.

I think it's a great facility. Whoever said the gym is packed must have never been to Defined or Sports and Wellness. There is always cardio machines available and rarely have to wait for a machine. It's actually very nice.

Work out here often. Good place. Not crowded, good equipment.

Very friendly staff and a lot of classes to choose from if you don't want to train independently. It is a little on the pricy side though.
