I have been with this Gym longer than any other before it. My one year anniversary is coming up, at the price, the quality of customer service, the many services provided, and experience you get, it is worth every penny. I have had challenges with my weight, still do, however this Gym's model continues to remind how easy it is to go and get support when I need it. Now it is on me to be consistent, thank you Upward Motion I am learning so much about myself and how to make healthier choices for myself.

At Upward Motion anything is possible! My name Anselmo I have participated in the six week challenge and have seen what this place is capable of. I have lost over 25 pounds sticking to the diet and work out plan. The staff is helpful and really know how to get your body in tip top shape. I'm super happy with the results Upward Motion has provided me and I'm positive that if I can lose the pounds so can any one else. Thanks Lewis and all of the Upward Motion staff for showing me how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I joined the 6 week challenge to get back on track with my fitness. Boy did I! I lost 21 pounds during that 6 weeks! The groups they have are phenomenal! The instructors push you through your workouts and make sure you succeed! The meal are awesome and easy to follow. The support system is top notch, and the accountability every week is what really helped me stay on track. If you're wanting to get in shape, no matter what your weight, age, or condition your in, Upward Motion is an excellent place to accomplish your goals.

UpMo was just what I needed to get on track towards a healthier lifestyle. The workouts are great and scheduled at various times throughout the day which is perfect for my busy schedule. Luis and Cheyenne are super responsive and really kept me accountable. Danny is an amazing instructor and his workouts kicked my butt! I would recommend the six week challenge to anyone who is looking for a way to jump start their fitness goals while having all the tools provided for success. My goal was to lose 6% body fat in 6weeks and I lost 6.5!!! It was not easy, but the feeling of not needing spanx is worth it!!

I did a 6 week challenge at upward motion. I was challenged to lose 20lbs in 6 weeks. I ended up losing 23 lbs all together. The staff was very friendly and very motivating. They would text you often to check in to see if you had any questions and then once a week you would have a call with your head coach to see how you were doing and if anything needed to change. Anytime I reached out they would contact me right back with an answer. I even did my challenge over thanksgiving and Christmas and was still able to lose with their help. I did have a huge breakdown in the middle that I could not do it but Luis got me out of my funk and kept me going. If you want to lose weight fast and the right way i recommend them greatly but you better want to work for it.
