Great Staff and help I have been going to here for 5 yrs now. Dr. Lisa Johns is such a great Doctor and the staff can't for enough for you.
This facility has denied a patient access to healthcare intentionally and deliberately noting the telehealth available to other consumers is not available to him as Carrie Jackson, RN writes “ our healthcare organization assesses patients on their appropriateness to receive services via telehealth in order to provide high quality care to our patients that is suitable for their needs” knowing the patient may be a risk to the community as violent outburst and unprovoked attacks are likely. Yet, their facility assesses patients APPROPRIATENESS for patient participation in telehealth services? This is discriminatory and unacceptable! This entity continues to disregard quality of care, refuses to genuinely promote health and wellness of patients and certainly does NOT consider patient unmet social determinants. Time and time again this entity and it’s staff have been reported to ADAMH BOARD, Joint Comission and Ohio Attorney General. The Ohio Attorney General is the ONLY entity that has investigated the fraudulent activity of this business with respect to false billing for services never rendered. More investigation appears to be warranted with respect to overall quality of care and adherence to performance measures of providers and staff.
I've been going to Southeast for some time now I have a case manager it's my primary care doctor the new Suboxone they have all kinds of different things that if you want to help they will really give you the help I have I have a one bedroom apartment it's regularly $900 a month in Southeast help me get it through chn and I pay nothing they just goes to tell you that they really help you if you need bus passes to give you bus passes all you got to do is stopping I go there at least three times a week and just sit with my counselor and they're on duty nurse and do a puzzle just to keep me busy
The jury is still out but having to wait 72 days for my intake assessment was utterly ridiculous and waiting for the five week s for appointments it's really not what I'm looking for...

Rude staff. Don’t expect to get in on time. Expect to be held out at to put a mask on, before even having a chance, or getting service. Do not recommend.
I have reached out to Case worker Chris to discuss problems with a patient. I have left 4 messages, made countless phone calls Not so much as a peep. If this is happening to me I wonder how many other tax paying citizens of this city are experiencing the same treatment. This is totally unacceptable! especially if your family member is in crisis. What are you doing with the funding that's suppose to help with these individuals who are in crisis. It is unfathomable to watch your actions and responses ...shame on you

My own personal Mental Health facility. Love the faculty and the staff, they are very helpful every visit and willing assist people in a many of different services. Offering Primary Care, substance abuse treatment and counseling, Professional talk therapy with a psychologist or just a counselor up to your needs. Also have a dentist a Furniture Bank and have programs available to help with vocational training and you're assigned a personal caseworker who will help you navigate all they have to help you with your mental health needs and your life goals and helping those who are in need of it. Recommend this to anybody and everybody that asks about somewhere to go for therapy sessions and any of their other programs they can help was not just a mental health facility also help people without those needs
Super friendly workers and staff. I have been in contact with this building almost all my life and gotten help all the time. They even have other services like dentistry which is so cool.
