The customer service is terrible when I called.  I called this number to get reimbursement on medicine I paid out of pocket.  A woman answers the phone, which I can barely hear because the voice quality is low. I explain my situation with her and she commences to ask for my social. I give her my social and she verifies my identity.  Then I ask her if it's possible to get a reimbursement and she commences to say, "No. No." I ask her what she means by "No. No." She remained silent and I asked her if she was still there. After 15 seconds, I wait for a response and there wasn't a response.  I called back and I was able to identify her name. Her name is Lisa.  Thanks Lisa for making my day terrible.

This place isn't for medicaid. Not sure what's going on here.
