This insurance company has gone far above and beyond just basic customer service.  My daughter has needed a surgery, and they have helped me find a hospital that will do the surgery, helped me find the doctors needed, and so much more.  I highly recommend them to anyone.  The customer care is more than just the basic steps.  They go out of their way to make sure your needs are met.  I do no know what I would do without having them throughout this whole process for my daughter. They take their customer care to a personal level, you never feel like just a number.

This is by far the WORST insurance company out there. They lack basic knowledge of law and the inner workings of their own company. There customer service is sub par at best and it is painfully obvious that all they are looking out for is their own interests. I recommend ANY other company.
