This is very frustrating to be dealing with a company where you have to beg them to STOP taking payment from your account even when you stop going there. I went to the gym more than 4 times, fill the paperwork, mail it in and they are still trying to take money from your account using a different merchant number. Their billing department sucks and the way you guys are trying to steal customer's money is not right. I don't go to your gym, so please STOP freaking taking money of my account. Pretty simple. I would understand if this was a contract but it is not, so i swear this is the last payment you guys are taking this month before i take it further. I will never ever go back to this gym and i will make sure all my friend and family know how you guys are scamming people.

I am currently in the process of recovering from a major knee surgery and returning to play lacrosse again. I see Lou for specific training for knee rehabilitation and Matt Woods for overall strength training. With the help that I am being provided from HealthPlex I am recovering in literal leaps and bounds. All around a 5 star rating for great training, machines, nice people and a clean gym.

These folks are great. They have been working with our son to get him back into condition following a season ending surgery. They Provide positive feedback and have even followed up after his first game back to see how he performed.

I have been working with HealthPlex Fitness for more than 6 years as a part of the Shenendehowa Crew team. They have helped us coaches put together a well thought out and comprehensive training program for our group every year. The trainers listen to what our goals are and help adjust the training to see fit. The trainers work great with the kids, and they are always excited to start up again every year.

I personally have started training with Tim Ryan for almost a year. His positive attitude and energy always has me excited to come into the gym. The results have been great, and I look forward to continue working with Tim and HealthPlex.

When I first came to HealthPlex in Oct 2016 I was doing rehab for a herniated disc of L4/L5 in my back. I felt I wasn’t making enough progress with rehab so I started working with Teresa Burke - immediately I started to make progress! She had me doing some of the same exercises my physical therapist did but she critiqued my form and corrected it so the exercises actually started to have positive effects! At this point it had been five months since my injury and the specialist I had seen wanted to operate but I wanted to at least try thereapy first. In less than three months I was completely pain free and I didn’t have to go under the knife! I am SO thankful for Teresa and HealthPlex!! I am pain free today because of them!
