There is NOTHING about this place that is below 5 stars. The instructors are INCREDIBLE. Everyone is SO motivating and supportive. The workout is AMAZING. 15 minutes of some hardcore warming up that exercises ALL of the core muscles and then on to the bag work. SUCH a stress reliever and a great way to practice self defense. It’s a little expensive but 100000% worth it if you are willing to put the time in to better yourself.

iLoveKickboxing is incredible! It's so challenging, but good  results are inevitable if you work hard! It's definitely not a boring workout ;).  Also, the staff is super friendly and helpful. I've been there for almost two months now and I already see a huge improvement, physically and mentally.  If you're committed to changing your life, I would highly recommend trying it out!

I love going to kickboxing class. I had been looking for a workout class that I’d stick with and finally found one. The staff is amazing and they are always willing to help you out. The studio truly is judgment free, with everyone working to achieve their own goals. I’m starting to see an increase in my flexibility and strength. My non-existent push-ups are also starting to improve. I highly recommend giving ILKB a try!

iLoveKickboxing has had a positive impact on my life. It helps alleviate my stress from work and also has me in better shape! I enjoy coming to class and the staff are motivating. I have lost weight, have become stronger, and gained confidence!

I have to admit, I haven't worked out religiously in a very long time!  I turned 50 last year and knew that I had to do something!  My daughter mentioned "I love kickboxing" and initially I was VERY apprehensive! I agreed to give it a try and I haven't looked back!  My fear about being the "oldest" wasn't reality.  I'm not the "oldest", or the "youngest" or the "most fit" or the "most out of fit".  I'm just another person trying to be healthy!  The instructors are amazing as is the music and the members!  I highly encourage everyone to give it a try!
