Rated one of the worst hospitals in the country. Horrible place staffed by people who clearly hate their job. Dirty, outrageously bad food, all around depressing. If you need help, going anywhere else is a better option.

This place neglected my husband, he had an injury that got infected while in there care all because he was in the mental health unit. It was in his head or something like that. Anyway I called the justice center on them for this how could they let it get like that and not do anything

VOTED THE 3RD WORST HOSPITAL IN THE COUNTRY! GO TO NORTHERN DUTCHESS INSTEAD. YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON.

My son went in on Wednesday 19th and right away the service was great. The RN came took his vitals and she was friendly. Then there was a nun who came in and prayed with us. Then finally we got to meet the team that was involved in my son surgery. Long story short from start to finish the team was professional and friendly.

My wife was admitted voluntarily and they changed the admission to involuntary without telling us causing a whirlwind of issues trying to get her discharged and sent home. To top it off, they violated her HIPAA privacy rights by revealing protected health information to unauthorized persons and she was sexually harassed by 2 patients while there after recently being diagnosed with PTSD due to sexual assault. I would NEVER allow her or any of my other loved ones to be cared for by this hospital again. If you should ever have to suffer the fate of having yourself or someone you love stay here, fight every way you can to get them transferred or discharged. I've seen prisons with more compassion towards human lives than this hospital.
