I went to HealthQuest Physical Therapy on Baldwin Road after a wrist injury that just wasn't healing at all, zero improvement after several months. From the first time I stepped in there everyone was so friendly, caring and knowledgeable, and I felt a difference right away after the first treatment. It is a top notch facility with exceptional staff, equipment, treatment, and knowledge. You can tell everyone there just loves their jobs and they are like family. You feel like you are going to your second home when you go there. If you go in not feeling so great you can't help but leave feeling better both physically and mentally! I just got released today after having pretty much full function back in my wrist and I am finally able to use it and no more extreme pain I was dealing with. The only regret I have is not having gone to them sooner.

The lobby staff are super friendly and efficient. My physical therapy staff are very knowledgeable about all aspects of physical therapy and medical exercise. The building is well maintained and there's tons of parking.

Caleb Hampton is the best trainer that I have ever had. Caleb is extremely professional and he takes detailed notes on what fitness sets he guides me through each session. I have been seeing him twice a week since May 31, 2016 and I have already lost 7 pounds, inches off my waist and hips and I have gained a lot of muscle! Before I saw Caleb, I had not exercised for two years and now I am physically fit. I cannot say enough about Caleb and would recommend him to everyone.
P.S. Caleb's a smart trainer. He does the homework on his own time as to what would be best for your body and your fitness and he comes prepared. He doesn't waste your time and he trains smart! In other words, he really knows what he's doing. Caleb believes in training smarter, not harder - which I really appreciate. = )
