If I could give this place seriously stars it still wouldn't be enough. I had multiple issues with the aids I paid $7000 for. When I had to contact them in regards to yet another issue this so called "professional" gave me an attitude for contacting her via email in regards to her office hours (since no one was there when they were supposed to be open). The front desk receptionist has also been unfriendly. I contacted her supervisor and never received any kind of follow up. I make an appointment for yet another problem with the aid (they didn't fit correctly at all!) I get a hasty email from the audiologist discharging me from her services. Patient abandonment much? Plus she did not give me any referrals. I then talked to the director of this company but she swore it was the manufacturing company's fault the aid did not fit. I went to a different audiologist not associated with this company who was much more accommodating and she re did my ear mold impression. When I received the new aid it fit perfectly! And the audiologist even extended her day to fit me in! I've requested a refund from this company but they are not very good at communication and I doubt they even put in the request for a refund. They almost denied me the access to my own medical records..that tells you something. Go elsewhere!

My fiance has a autoimmune condition called Meniere's disease that causes hearing loss. She was sent to the so-called professionals to check the level of deterioration. They had no concept of what Meniere's disease was. But we paid$200 out of pocket for 240 minute hearing test. They performed one 20 minute hearing test. Only for them to tell her that she was making it up she had no hearing loss. Meniere's disease is a sporadic condition that can sharply decrease ones hearing temporarily. That is the antithesis of professionalism.

ZERO STARS !!!!!!!!!! 0 STARS! DO NOT GO THERE! THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE MY HEARING-AID TUBING! I did not buy the hearing aid from them & all I asked for was a tubing change from the Audiologist! SHE REFUSED. She wanted to just sell me the short piece of tubing for $10.00! She also wanted to sell me an ear-mold for $100.00 that I do need here. To me, $100.00 is way too high for a poor man. This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! I am almost deaf & have been suffering without a hearing-aid for quite some time! DO NOT GO TO HEARING PROFESSIONALS. I THINK THEY ALL ARE CROOKED IN THE HEARING-AID DEPARTMENT!
