The receptionist were awful and unable to tell me anything coherent over the phone when my child’s gramdmother had to take him in. After spending $100 they tell me it’s just his molar coming in causing pain and there is nothing they can do, meanwhile my son is still crying almost everyday. I took him to advanced dental care and they explained to me the pain was caused by severe tooth decay and he would need a root canal AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to save the tooth. I have an appointment scheduled to do so. If I had listened to Heart of Florida my son will probably have lost the adult tooth at 8 years old.

This is one of the only dental clinics in Ocala that takes daughters insurance. Parents are not allowed in treatment room after 1st visit. There is a consent form that is signed on first visit if you read everything that you sign. Computer was down on a visit and was left waiting for an hour before they cancelled appointment. They never called back to reschedule as promised. Not going back. Daughter is scared to death to have to go back alone.

Will not take my daughter back for sure. My daughter is 4 and they expected me to send her in without me for fillings. If she didn't "behave" they were going to send her to someplace that would put her under. No and no! She is 4, not 14! Why change policy from the old office and now insist it's always been like that?!?! And to say they would send her elsewhere is she didn't cooperate to a place that uses drugs?!? I think not! I will find a more family understanding dentistry!
