Front office staff are all great. Recently had an insurance change. Very smooth transition. My daughter is getting braces and everyone is working hard to assure her she will do great because she is so nervous. Ashley is the bomb when it comes to the not fun part of dealing with insurance and payments. Always pleased when we leave :) Thanks, CD!

We are switching Dentists for many reasons . It because even clearer when I came in to pick up records that should have been ready 3 days ago. Waiting over 30 mi ! 
Phone ringing off the hook as I waited which happened to us all the time too! 
Appointments cancelled on us regularly also. 
Everyone is very nice but efficient service is not always there!

Coast staff is the best. I love that they have Ortho in the same office so that I don't have to go from office to office. And the front staff ladies are so awesome and have great customer service and will go above and beyond the job title. Ms Allison went above and beyond to help

This office is so accommodating! Every time I come in I am greeted with a smile. The entire staff is very attentive to my needs. Great job!

Very friendly and professional staff. I am a new patient and look forward to the care I will receive from Coast Dental. During my initial appointment the dental team took their time to explain the treatment plan and associated costs. I feel piece of mind after being screened for oral cancer. Overall, it is evident that this establishment is committed to the oral health of their patients.
