There were two women working when we showed up- the one who assisted us, the blonde (I think her name was Kylie), was super friendly and helpful! The other- the brunette, was seriously so rude, I will NOT purchase a dress from there because, of her. I established early on with our assistant that these dresses were out of my price range ($1300-$2000+.. I wanted something in the 700$ range). My bridal party insisted I try them on anyways (little did I know, they were planning on buying my dress since I didn't want an Engagement Party or a Bridal Shower) so, she helped me pull a few and show them off. She was extremely kind and we were lucky she was there to help. The other, LAUGHED when I told her my price range. Literally with her nose in the air, would not give us the time of day. The sad thing is, I loved the dress and, my bridal party was prepared to buy it for me that day. Because of the way the brunette treated us, I just cant justify buying a dress from a shop that would allow their employee to belittle people like that. We all come from different walks of life and in customer service, you should be understanding of that- as an adult, you should know to treat people better than that.

This place was incredible. The consultant was so nice and allowed me to try on lots of dresses to narrow down my search. There is a huge selection here with a wide variety of sizes, prices, and looks. They are very respectful of your budget and don't pull dresses that are over it

I was very disappointed with the experience had at Heart to Heart Bridal. The staff are unprofessional, unhelpful, and difficult to work with. As a service based industry, one would expect a welcoming and comfortable environment, sadly, this was not my experience. The staff were inflexible with appointment scheduling and didn't even help me into my gown--I think that that's a minimum expectation for a bridal boutique. It's obvious that Heart to Heart is only interested in sales, not the process--read the other reviews, they are pretty bad!

In area for doctors appointment. We wanted to look at local stores. Walked in to look for a prom dress. And the ladies all looked at us like we were stupid. They turned their backs to us and were talking amongst themselves, then looked back at us. They were rude and not helpful. Wish I could give them no stars. Bad place. Not worth the visit.
