Our experience was not good at all. Staff acted like they didn't want to be there. Two people sitting at front desk wouldn't even acknowledge us until I said excuse me. My husband's pants came in as a 34.. he ordered a 42. We live an hour away from Coralville, he had to go back the morning of the wedding to get his pants. They said they would compensate him $161.59., that was a week ago and still nothing. Won't be going back.

Alright, I don't frequently write reviews but my experience was bad enough that I wanted to share for my fellow buyers. I had a coupon for 40% off of any item at Men's Wearhouse. I went in hoping to buy a suit, and early in my discussion with the sales associate i showed him the coupon. We went through the process, fitting, etc. and he rings me up, only to tell me that the suit doesn't qualify. I am frustrated but I like the suit even though I feel the price is too high. I tell him that I absolutely need it by Friday if the following week. Fast forward to next week. I call on Tuesday and am informed that the suit won't be ready. I state the above fact pattern and am told that maybe it could be ready. To their credit, the suit is done by Friday and it looks good. My wife comes in to pick it up and noticed a buy one, get one for $150 deal. She inquired to see if my suit would I've qualified for that deal, and the manager checks and says yes. Great, so the next day I go back and the manager tells me no they can't do that deal so I wasted another trip I am very disappointed with men's wear house and unless you have unlimited funds and enjoy getting told different things I would take your business elsewhere.

I've had to go here for many weddings and proms and it's always awful. They constantly are understaffed, they never get sizes right the first time, and they're typically unhelpful. There are a few good workers, hence the two star review instead of one. I was there last week to pick up a tux (that a new employee measured me for without any help from senior employees because as usual they were too busy for what their staff could handle) and once again it was packed. Unsurprisingly they only had one person working up front (he was also new, no surprise) and four to five customers in the store. No one was there to check on me after I tried my tux on and I'm a fashion dumbass so I can't tell what fits and what looks good. So I tracked him down and he said it looked good. It didn't, there were a number of issues (pants were baggy, jacket sleeves too short and chest too large) but I didn't realize that because I'm completely self-reliant on others to dress myself. He said they'd pack everything up to make sure it was all there but I didn't have three hours to wait for the lone worker to be done handling everyone else. So I packed it. Also, there's always this dude sitting in the little workshop room who is probably in charge of adjustments, but when your sales people are swamped get him out of there and have him help customers.

Easy place to shop and very helpful staff. They do try to sell stuff you didn't think you need. Pricier side of things for men's clothing. But good products.
