I absolutely love Toyota! Everyone is always so friendly and happy. I always go see Brent or Rick in service and they are like family to me. I’d never go anywhere else to get my car serviced. We found a car we loved online and reached out about it. They are over an hour and a half away so we couldn’t just drive over...Over the next two days the team at Heartland stayed in touch with us and coordinated a time to drive the car. The online deal was awesome. In fact when we arrived we were so impressed, we didn’t just buy that car but we ended up trading in our other car and buying a new 2018 Highlander because the deal was too good. Freddie our sales person, Alex the appraiser, and Kim in finance were so professional, caring, and diligent it made the deal worth it. It wasn’t simply a car transaction it was relationship building and personal. They cared what we wanted and needed to make it work. They won our business forever!

Outstanding service and competitive pricing. The salesman, Freddy, was very professional, patient, and didn’t make me feel like he was just trying to make another sale. The other staff was excellent as well, they were always offering beverages or snacks and would check up on me every so often. John provided great service as well when it was time to sign all the paperwork. He even recommended some great places to eat that I have never been to. Overall I was extremely pleased with my whole experience at Heartland Toyota and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend my friends because I know they would be taken care of!

Took my father to help him purchase a new Toyota at Heartland Toyota and had one of the best purchasing experiences ever. Not only were the sales guys not pushy, but went above and beyond to help us with our purchase in getting the best deal. We’ve been to a few other dealerships before, and Heartland Toyota definitely stands out by its outstanding customer service. They were also giving out a free 50” TV with every vehicle you bought. Rabar A., and Jon L., helped us with our purchase and made the process very easy, rewarding and honest. They made sure we were well taken care off. Thank you so much! This was the most pleasant vehicle purchase we have ever made.
