100% Recommend. I worked with Richard Jaynes for the first time and he was very knowledgeable, got me in and out of there quickly and made sure I got every deduction. Easy to work with and well worth it.

I have been going to Richard Jaynes for 12 years. One could easily go to H&R block to save a few bucks - if they're INSANE. Or they could go to Richard, have it done right the first time, end up getting every deduction available to them and the expertise of an accountant that stays current and understands the labyrinth of red tape in the US Tax System. Cant recommend enough.

Jeff Heath really helped me a lot today. He gave me some really great advice on taxes and social security and retirement planning. It was totally worth the visit, and I recommend him highly. He is a very giving person who cares about others, and has worked to help refugees and people from southeast Asia- even learned their language. The visit was affordable, enjoyable, and definitely worth every penny. Thanks Jeff!

I don't know what those people were talking about with 2 stars. Jeff has always been so fair with us on our taxes.

My husband and I were referred to Heath-Jaynes, LLC from a friend. We saw Jeff back in March to file our taxes, he spent around 45 minutes with us and had us paying state taxes and the smallest refund we've seen in years. We were missing one piece of information for our write offs, but even missing this piece of information when we did our taxes we were getting back over $1200 more than what he got for us and a small refund on the state taxes. Then 3 months later he sent us a bill for $175! We were initially quoted $125 and when I called and talked directly to Jeff he was extremely rude. Saying to me "you took up my time during tax season and this is what I bill". When I tried to explain that we felt like he never even provided us any type of service he became very defensive and angry saying we wasted his time during tax season and for me he would reduce the price. My husband and I both work in customer service related fields and neither one of us have ever spoken to anyone the way Jeff did. Our experience was terrible and I would never recommend this company to anyone!
