I filed with them for the first time last year because I had just started an LLC. They made it extremely easy, and I got the expected refund.

Ms. Juan Gao's complain is totally false and a lie about the service she did with Sherry's Tax & Accounting Services. After the return was filed to IRS on 04/09/2013, IRS sent a letter to Ms. Juan Gao in May 7, 2013 and asked her to verify her dual status with a form sent to her, but she never fill the form and neither talked about anything about the form with Sherry's Tax & Accounting Services. Because she never response to IRS's request, and that is the reason that IRS did not give her the refund. After Juan Gao talked with Sherry's Tax recently, Sherry's Tax asked Ms. Juan Gao to sign a power of attorney ( form 2848) and discussed the issue with IRS. As long as Ms. Juan Gao can sent back the letter IRS sent to her, she will get the refund based on the discussion with IRS. Ms. Juan Gao blame other people because of her own ignorance is totally unacceptable and untruthful.

Very Bad. I asked her to do my tax this year but I didn't get my refund in June. By then I went to IRS to ask, I was told my form was filled wrong. I called this accountant and she said she would take care of it. But now it is end of October I have not gotton a peny from IRS. I have to give her extremly bad review. Once she takes your check, she acts really rude and her professional knowledge is really little. I had to find another way to get my refund back. Don't waste your time and money on her!!!

I'm surprised Sherry's doesn't have hundreds of great reviews. I started using Sherry's Accounting for income tax filing 4 years ago and have had nothing but great experiences. They have always made sure to get us the largest return possible. I'm about to call them to file again. Thanks!
