Harry does excellent work. Highly recommended for repairs or custom jewelry. Price is right for repairs, but can take some time during busy seasons.

I may change my review if and when I ever get my jewelry back. I dropped my pieces off in early January. For the last 2 months I've been calling to get updates but haven't received anything other than, "he's been back logged for months" or "he's very busy because he has a lot of customers". I'm a customer too! At the very least, call me with updates. I still haven't even received the rendering I was promised and who knows how long it will take if/ when I get that and approve it. I don't even have a quote. Stay tuned for a final review when I get the pieces I ordered or decide to pull the plug and cancel my order.
Update: It's now the end of April and still haven't received my complete order. I did finally get my earrings which was a small part of the order and I do love them. I also understand custom jewelry takes some time. However, I am under the impression given to me by Karen (answers the phone most of the time) that my order has taken so long because he's just busy with "other" customers; that and his vacations. I do hope to get my jewelry back soon. I'll update this again if I ever get my order.
