days ago me and my boyfriend went to go by a table and after we put a down payment on the table we went to pick the table up the following day and one of the movers noticed scratches on the table. I had to leave work so we could decide wether or not we wanted to continue with our purchase because the table was damaged and they were trying to sell it out as BRAND NEW.  They would not take money off of the table, deliver it for free, or try to get us a new table since we decided we didn’t want the DAMAGED table. We decided on a refund instead since you were so unhelpful and willing to assist after we put a down payment on this table. It is 18 days later and we still have not received our refund for the table!!!!!!! You keep jacking us around and changing stories when all we want is our refund. Stepping into this store was the WORST mistake I have ever made. 🙂 I will continue to post on this page and google reviews until we get our money back.

"I have been buying furniture from Hefner's for twenty years...". This statement can now be written in past tense. Hefner's has nice furniture--nicer than any other places I have seen in and around Southeast Missouri. I'm usually fine with paying more to get quality items and good CUSTOMER SERVICE. The problem I've had isn't so much with the quality of my purchases, but with the constant run around I have gotten when I've called them. I made my purchases in the middle of September. Today I talked to a sales manager named Nate (very polite and apologetic) so hopefully everything will be resolved soon. To the owner(s) of Hefner's, customer service is every bit as important as the quality of your products. I had my eye on one of the Magnolia bedroom furniture sets, but there is no way I'm coming back to purchase that now. Online stores like Ikea, Wayfair, and Joss and Main are going to bury you guys if you don't get your customer service straightened out.

Took my wife and Mother to look for furniture. Meet a nice salesman name of Ethan. Looked around and mom found what she wanted. Ethan  worked with us and we made a great deal . Whenever we are in need of furniture or appliances,  we'll be back.

HUGE SELECTION of quality brand name furniture for all rooms throughout your house at reasonable prices. In addition to the selection of furniture, the place is home to some of the owner's collectibles, including old speed boats, motorcycles and other vintage items that makes the experience more like a 'field trip' than the drudgery of furniture shopping. Very neat place with informative and helpful staff.
