Heinen's is unique in that it truly has customer service. Today they were out of the handmade turkey burgers that I like I only buy two at a time because I like them fresh not frozen. The man in the meat department ask if I could wait and he would make some up for me.
 Then I couldn't find an item that I was looking for and the manager on duty spent quite a bit of time and finally located it for me. This is the kind of service that's all too rare in this world. I love this store

Great alternative to the other grocery store chains popping-up all over the neighborhood. Huge wine selection (on-premise bar), nice hot/soup/salad bar options, decent organic section.  Service is always friendly and for a larger grocery store, you feel like you're in a mom-and-pop place.

Plenty of parking. Nice spacious store. Fresh seafood. Good selection of cheese and meat. I have only been there on weekends when they usually have tasty samples.

The best customer service I have ever experienced in a grocery store. The produce, deli, bakery and meat departments are a pleasure to shop in.
