I can’t believe how terrible this company is. I was sent to collections for a bill my insurance paid, and then when I tried to resolve it, I jumped through all of their hoops of contacting my insurance, having them reprocess the claim, verifying that the bill was resolved, and still they have not provided any resolution. I have called and tried to resolve it many times, and they tell me that they will “contact their billing agency” to get it resolved. YOU are the billing agency. I will be sure to ask any and all physicians that I see if they use this company before I am treated from now on. Avoid these people like the plague if you value your credit score. I also updated the phone number for this company on Google so you now don't have to call 20 places and track them down like I had to do. You’re welcome.

This organization does not identify the procedures that they bill for, then the number that they provide on the bill takes you to an automated system that ultimately hangs up on you or asks you to leave a message that will not be returned. After much effort I manages to speak to someone about why they had not billed my insurance company for a routine, completely covered procedure. I was assured that they would look into it. One month later they had turned me over to a collection agency, clearly not having resolved the issue or communicated with me. Very irritating!

These people are trying to charge me $80 for a test result reading I did not even permit for them to have access to. I never went to this place; they sent me two bills within three days of each other, were extremely rude when I was trying to figure out what they were charging me for (I did not ask or allow treatment from this organisation, but they got access to my medical records through the hospital without my permission), and then sent my account to collections. Also, who charges $80 to read results, especially when the hospital lab already did the test? It's greed at its finest.
