All the pediatricians in the office are great. Took my daughter to ER because her forehead swelled up due to a severe sunburn. She was in alot of pain. The ER Dr prescribed a cream that our pharmacy doesn't carry and insurance won't pay for.The pharmacy called the ER Dr and he refused to change the prescription to something close to that cream. I called Dr Villalvas office and the nurse had Dr Villalva send over a prescription for a cream our insurance would pay for. Thank you so very much to that nurse (I'm sorry I forgot your name) and thank you Dr Villalva, the swelling has gone down some and her pain is getting better.
