Reviews

I've purposely waited to write this review to allow adequate time for me to be objective.  I visited the park about a month prior.

The positive:  Great place for kids to be active (especially during the winter)... they will have fun, guaranteed.  They have good pizza.

The negative:  Seemed a bit pricey.  The wait staff, including management were not eager to help i.e. long lines to check in or get food.  Instead of helping by opening up an extra cash register, the staff (including management) showed a tendency to migrate away from the places customer service was needed.  I waited almost 20 minutes in line to get a Coke at the concession stand.  The frustrating part about this is they had one person running the concessions with a line of 15 people.  Meanwhile, you could see a flock of staff and managers at the other end of the building (check in area) in plain sight doing nothing besides "hang out" and socialize.  Irritating to say the least.  Last of all the place smelled like a gym bag.  

Management was made aware of my complaints and they were nice enough to provide some additional jump time to my kids and their guests at no additional charge.

Helium is a great place to take your kids to burn off some energy! We have gone several times and always had a really good experience. I am always especially impressed with the teenagers that are working there - they are all super polite, well-mannered and great with the little kids. I do find them slightly over-priced when not running specials, but on school out holidays, you can't beat their deals for unlimited jump and climb!

Had a little trouble with a bully today. My granddaughter who is ten absolutley loves Helium Trampoline Park . We have never had a problem until today. The problem was solved by a supervisor having a talk with the boy.  My granddaughter got need in the stomach , slapped in the face with absolutley no provocation what so ever. Thanks to the supervisor for taking care of the problem.

Really fun place! A little pricey but totally worth It! If you are not used to jumping it will wear you out quick 😂

My 4 year old loved jumping and running around, but the rules are very lenient. The children running about are not well supervised or monitored by the staff. And being children, it was my fear they would get hurt.

They do have a 36" and under portion but it's very small and when we were there not a single other kid was on it. 

Over all, we had a great time, and despite the lack of control I would definitely go back!
