Do not go to Heller's. You are better off at literally any other retailer. 

The pair of shoes I bought here broke less than 4 months after my purchase due to a manufacturer's error. I took the shoes to a cobbler who assured me that even if I had worn the shoes 24/7 since my purchase, they would have held up. He was confident that Heller's would exchange them. 

When I returned to Heller's the sales associate was incredibly rude and dismissive, informing me that she couldn't help me. Her attitude was reprehensible. 

I could not be less satisfied with my purchase. Part of the point of shopping at non-corporate stores is the supposedly superior customer service. Heller's seems to be actively trying to disprove this notion.

I find this store to be antiquated and the service rude.  I had an experience there that confirmed that I will never walk in again.  I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter from the "Clearance" table.  I understood that they were final sale.  However, within the hour, I picked her up at school and tried them on only to find that her foot had grown and they didn't fit.  I ran back and asked if I could simply exchange them for one size up.  The EXACT shoe was on the table in the size I needed.  They refused claiming their policy is "final sale is final sale."  So, for the $39.99 price of the shoes, they lost a long standing customer with three daughters who buy TONS of shoes and gained a negative review (and I'm just getting started).  Was it really worth standing by "policy?"  What would it have cost them to swap out the shoes?  is it a government "policy?"  a healthcare "policy?"  Oh, it was a shoe store "policy."  That's VERY important.  As a business owner myself, I think it was a really poor decision.  And, I only hope that by writing this review, I will urge others to think twice before walking in. There are many other places to purchase shoes with "policies" that are more customer friendly.  I will continue to discourage anyone I know from shopping at Heller's.

Awful service and incredibly rude employees. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Update: Fun fact, these losers called the police because I left them negative reviews.

I didn't like the service at all there is a spanish women who Was so offensive to me she  yield at me When I ask her a question I will never go back again ewwww bad service😡😡😡😡
