From the moment I met Meena, I felt confident that we would be in good hands with Meena and her team. We signed and she did not disappoint. Every step of the way, she was there to guide us. Whenever we had questions, she responded quickly and made the entire process run as smoothly as one could expect. Our house was sold quickly and above the asking price. We saved thousands in commission and received full service. Meena is extremely knowledgeable of real estate in the area, listens to the client, works hard and cares. I would hands down recommend Meena to assist anyone who wants to buy a house in the area.

Meena is very professional and knowledgeable.  She provided us with very good advice during the process of selling our rental home.  We got multiple offers with one $95,000 more than our asking and was able to saved over $32,000 on commission.  She was very thorough in the review of the documents (e.g. offer letters and contingency paperwork received) to ensure we were made well aware of anything out of the ordinary.  Her responses to all of our questions were very prompt as well as concise and clear.  Meena is definitely a realtor we would highly recommend if you plan on selling/buying a home.

We were referred to Meena through a friend who had sold and bought several
properties through her.  We sold our house recently in Livermore, Ca.  Meena
was the best. She was easy to work with, had great contacts for fixing up
the home. She was just very personable. She returned our calls very promptly and even took our calls at 10:00 Pm. Not too many agents will take calls after business hours. She was always calm, listened to our concerns and had great feedback.  I highly recommend her and would work with her again without hesitation. Through it all, Meena made a difficult and emotional task as pleasant as possible. She goes the extra mile and I can't recommend her services highly enough! We really had a great experience and an amazing sales price more than we expected! I would hire her again for any property I have to sell in the Bay Area or would want to buy in the Bay Area. I'm sorry

We recently sold our house in Fremont through Meena and she also helped us purchase our home in Pleasanton. Her suggestions on how to stage the home were extremely valuable in achieving the best price. She kept us informed through the entire process. We were able to save $20K in commission going through Help-U-Sell Achievers Realty with Meena as our realtor, without sacrificing any excellent representation. Meena is a true Professional, Friendly, Kind and Honest agent. 

She helped us negotiate a good price on the home we were buying in Pleasanton. Since she lives in Pleasanton, her knowledge of the community and schools was very helpful to us in making a decision to buy there. We are so glad we met her and we would highly recommend her to everyone thinking of buying or selling a home.

I sold an investment property through Meena in Hayward. She helped me get the house ready to be put on the market. She gave me numbers to her handyman who painted the house and fixed the minor items. She also had very good stagers who made the house look great. 

With her extensive marketing, I was able to get multiple offers way over asking price. I also bought a home from her in San Leandro. Meena did a great job keeping us informed and in the loop on both the selling and buying side. 

Meena’s attention to detail and her technology knowledge made the whole process very easy for us. She is a very honest and reliable agent. 

She is our agent for ever and ever. Her experience and knowledge of the market was a real asset on both the buying and selling side for us.
