My mother spent 16 days in ICU at Hemet Valley. Though some of the nurses were a little hesitant to trust that I knew what I was talking about, medically, once they understood that I understood completely what was happening, they were open with me. The care my mother received there was fantastic. Doctors were helpful in anticipating my questions once they knew that I know something about medicine. I can't speak for the rest of the hospital, but I can say that the ICU staff is helpful, professional, and care deeply about their patients. I had heard horror stories about the hospital, which may be true, but as far as the ICU goes, those guys and gals are top notch.

This emergency room sucks!! My mom came in by ambulance because her foot twisted and she fell and hit her head on the stove!  When she got here they put her on a chair and only wanted to do an x-ray of her foot!! They didn't even want to check on her head! She is a 73 year old lady fighting cancer and they didn't even want to check her head! We have been here for 5+ house and still no test results! I HATE THIS HOSPITAL!! THEY ARE SOO RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE!! THE PATIENT IS NOT THEIR FIRST PRIORITY!!

I just had my baby and it was an Awesome experience everyone so friendly. The hospital was clean . Love it 😍

Absolutely sucks. Staff needs help. Short staffed with out any knowledge on how long a patient has been waiting or severity of their situation. Showed up at 1 am wasn't seen untill 6 am.....still waiting for results.....this place needs help

This place is no doubt the worst hospital I have ever seen!!!! Was just there last night because my mom had to go to the emergency room for a serious illness and she fainted at our house. We were waiting for almost 2 hours in the waiting room for my mom to be out into a room or at least that's what we were told. It got to late for us to wait any longer so we went home for the night. Around 1:55 in the mourning I get a call saying that she is being discharged from the hospital. Are you serious???? She has had the same issue before and Rancho Spring's kept her for more then a week! I asked why? And they said they don't keep patients there unless they are dying!?!? There is no communication between patients family's and doctor's and they wouldn't even let us back to see her in the two hours we were there before! This is not the first time we have had this issue my dad went there twice in the past year for breathing issues because of his COPD. They gave him drugs and sent him home on the same days that he came in! It's like they don't even care about there patients! You have to observe them to make sure there ok BEFORE you send them home!!!!! This hospital is an absolute mess no wonder why everyone in Hemet and San Jacinto don't like it they don't care about there own patients or there family's!
